Working hard at reading time!

We have been working hard during reading. We have been practising lots of different reading strategies like looking at the pictures, using initial sounds and thinking about what makes sense.

All children should be taking home a reading book every day to practise.

We have had a very successful start to swimming! Children have been very well organised, managing early starts, getting themselves dressed and taking care of their belongings. Shake out day

Fun First Week!

What a wonderful start to the year! The children have been busy getting to know each other during this first week. Teachers have been supporting the children to establish positive behaviours for learning and play. The children in every T group have blown us away by their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
