Choose to Refuse for Plastic Free July

Whio studio is participating in Plastic Free July!

Our first step is to try and have lunch boxes that are plastic free!

Rethink how you can prepare school lunches without using plastic. Can you use reusable containers? Can you make food yourself rather than buy them prepackaged? Can you leave things unwrapped or use bees wax wraps instead? Rethink how you buy food from the supermarket. Can you choose something that is not prepackaged in plastic?

We will spend the next month posting pictures of lunch boxes that are completely plastic free. We know there are already lots of children who are bringing plastic free lunches to school!

Fun First Week!

What a wonderful start to the year! The children have been busy getting to know each other during this first week. Teachers have been supporting the children to establish positive behaviours for learning and play. The children in every T group have blown us away by their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
